Rhonda definitely deserves the five star perfect rating she maintains on Zillow. My first experience with her service was back in 2013 while purchasing a new home. Rhonda recently helped sell the exact same home (I accepted an offer within 6 days of listing). Rhonda not only went out of her way to provide services that is normally the responsibility of the home owner but has an excellent staff to make sure everything is up to par. Without revealing too many details, she has gone above and beyond for my purchases/sale. She is extremely communicative and helps you feel comfortable in what is normally supposed to be a stressful experience. I will definitely be connecting with Rhonda and team again for any real estate services in the future!
Rhonda just helped us with our 4th and 5th transactions in the last 6 years. We bought and sold property on Lake Sammamish and as always Rhonda was well prepared, professional and a calming sensible voice in a stressful pair of transaction. You can tell Rhonda becomes personally involved in each transaction as if it were her own home. We have not used another Real Estate professional since moving to Seattle and we wont use a different one until we leave. Rhonda is simply the best
Rhonda is the best real estate agent in the Greater Seattle area!! We really enjoyed working with Rhonda to buy our first home. I can not say enough good things about Rhonda as both a person and an agent. Being a first time home buyer, we were constantly stressed, and Rhonda was so helpful during this process! Any questions/concerns we had, Rhonda was able to answer and she made the whole process very smooth. She is very experienced and professional and gave us solid information and suggestions. Rhonda was a great help for us right from choosing our dream home and all the way to the closing. Her immense knowledge guided us all the way. Her recommendations turned out to be great especially the lender who gave us a heck of a deal and saved us ton of money at closing. Rhonda is simply the best! I am so lucky that my friend referred me to her. I had a limited search area and a tight budget but Rhonda made it happen. She really knows her stuff-escalation, crafting competitive offers, completing the paperwork, communicating with everyone involved-she’s an expert at it all. As a young, first-time buyer it was so refreshing to work with someone that took me seriously, didn’t try to take advantage of me and was happy to explain what to do every step of the way. She puts the client first, checking in with me frequently, never pushing me and making sure I was happy. She’s so friendly, kind and funny that it felt like I was just home shopping with a friend. She took a lot of the stress out of the process and added a lot of fun. Kenny is fabulous as well. He was happy to go see as many homes with me as I wanted and gave great advice along the way. He noticed things I never would have and treated me wonderfully. I got the condo of my dreams and hope to live here for a long time, but when the time comes to move, I’ll be calling Rhonda for sure!
It has been a pleasure to be able to work with Rhonda and her associate Kenny on finding investment properties around the Bellevue area. Both know the area like the back their hands and are so friendly and patient during what could have been a stressful process. Rhonda has a great system of searching for and weeding through potential properties by the criterion set by the customer and their own professional opinions, which one should greatly appreciate. It is important to mention that Kenny has done a brilliant job in providing Mandarin Chinese language support to my parents. I strongly recommend those with such need to work with the duo.
We were so impressed with Rhonda and her team in helping us sell our primary home, that we used her again to sell our rental property. From start to finish she was knowledgeable about the market and how to best position our homes. She helped us coordinate the maze of what to fix or repair for sale and how to make the home shine. She was always just a call or text away for help. She was 100% dedicated to making sure we were completely satisfied and reached our goals. Selling a home is never easy, but Rhonda and her incredible team helped us through the entire process step by step with smiles and encouragement. We ended up with 5 offers and sold 10% above our asking price in the first week on the market. If we had a thousand homes, we would use her every time. I cannot recommend her enough.
